Entry Rules and Regulation
Applicants must submit their entries only via the application modes mentioned in this website. No individual/group is authorised to collect entries on behalf of the Event.
Information against all mandatory fields prefixed with ‘*’ on the entry form must be filled. Incomplete entries will be rejected.
Group Entries: Group entries will be accepted ONLY for the 3 KMS Fun Run. NO GROUP ENTRIES will be accepted for the Half Marathon and 10 KMS Run race categories; applicants of these race categories need to apply and will be treated as individual entries.
Entry Cancellation: Requests for cancellation and thereby, refund will not be entertained.
Running Bib Collection at the Expo:
- All confirmed participants/their authorized representatives are required to come to the Expo at Sabarmati Riverfront, Ahmedabad in order to collect their running number bibs. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses.
- It is mandatory for a Half Marathon and 10 KMS Run participant to collect his/her running number & timing bib tag personally from the Expo. In case of unavoidable circumstances, such runner can send his/her representative to collect running number bib on his/her behalf.
- Authorized representative must carry with him/her –
1) Email confirmation Receipt
2) Photocopy of photo-identity proof (of the representative and the confirmed participant), eg. either Passport, PAN card or Aadhaar card.
