The registration for first ever Never Give Up –Backyard Ultra in Guajart, India's Backyard' is officially Open for 29 February, 2020. The concept is simple. It's a "Last Man Standing Race" and in the end, just one runner will finish the race. All other runners are a DNF.

Every hour, loop after loop, until only one runner is left standing. That's all there is to the India's Backyard Ultra.

Inspired by the idea of the most infamous man in history of Ultra running, Gary "Lazarus Lake" Cantrell, the race director of the World's Toughest "The Barkley Marathons", Never Give Up-Backyard Ultra will start at 9am on Saturday, February 29, 2020. Runners will set off on the 4.166667 mile 6.706 km in beautiful golf course, at Kensville Golf & Country Club, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, INDIA. To continue, runners must complete the loop within 60 minutes and be ready to go before the clock starts for the ensuing hour-long loop. This will continue through the days or nights, Cold or hot, sun or rain, until only one runner has the will to go on & completes 1 more loop than the last person DNF.

Lazarus Lake's race, Big Dog's Backyard Ultra in his backyard in Bell Buckle, Tennessee, USA is a highly exclusive race with only 75 entrants.

Big's Backyard Ultra is sort of World Championship of Last Man Standing races organized across the world. Winners from all Backyard Ultra organized internationally will get a chance to enter Laz's Backyard and take on an epic challenge.
