Which Includes:

  1. Yoga for runners – Two session (during three months)
  2. Interaction Physiotherapy (to know about running injuries) – once in 3 months during the training program
  3. Interaction Nutritionist (to know about general nutrition requirement for a runner) –once in 3 months during the training program
