    • Calisthenics are exercises consisting of a variety of gross motor movements; often rhythmical and generally without equipment or apparatus. They are, in essence, body-weight training

  • Yoga - Breathing & Flexibility

  • Sprints (100m, 200m, 400m),
  • Middle distance (800m, 1500m) 
  • Long distance (3000m , 5000m, 10,000m)
  • Half Marathon (21.097 KMS) & Full Marathon (42.195 KMS)
  • Throwing - Shot Put
  • Boxing
